College Bound
Isabella is hard at work at her little desk wearing her University of Scranton sweatshirt. She seems to be highly motivated at such a young age. Her Papa must have given her the "work hard so you can get a scholarship" speech when no one was around.
Thanks for visiting! I am married to a very kind and very patient Music Man and stay at home with my two littles, Ballerina Girl and Little Man. I spend my time overthinking everything and accomplishing very little. While I am overthinking, I am usually chasing around a bare bottom while giving my absolute full attention to the musings of a 3 year old. Of course I am! I chop a lot of vegetables (after washing my hands of course), kiss a lot of chubby cheeks, and climb a lot of stairs for a living. If I find some spare change in a load of laundry, I consider that a Divine acknowledgement of my deeds for the day. I have a passion for preparing and eating foods based on the principles of Nourishing Traditions and learning (some of) the lost arts of homemaking. I am an avid supporter and educator of breastfeeding. Perhaps, most importantly my husband and I are both cradle Catholics seeking a deeper union with God so that we may help guide our children toward heaven. Here, I share glimpses of our life and random commentaries on anything that I feel moved to write about! Just trying to find my way! What can I say, I am terrible with directions.
